Texture Life Haircare is committed to providing a professional yet enjoyable experience for all clients. These guidelines and procedures have been put in place to ensure just that.
In moving forward, I have updated my policies and procedures, in line with state board regulations, to provide a clean and secure environment that seeks to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and any other contagions.
If you can answer yes to any of the following questions PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Have you had a cough within the past 14 days?
- Have you had a fever in the past 14 days?
- Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
- Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
In order for salons to reopen additional safety guidelines have been established.
- I will only be servicing one client at a time. Only one client will be allowed into my suite at a time. Please arrive to your appointment on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and a fee assed. (See fees below). If you arrive early please wait until your appointment time to enter Boutique Salon Flats.
- Do not bring any additional people to your appointment. Only clients being serviced will be allowed into my suite area. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- You may pay for your service via the scheduling app if using a card. You must have a card on file. Your card will not be charged except in the event of a late cancellation or no show. Please create a profile to add payment info prior to your appointment. If you prefer to swipe a card after your appointment that is fine as well. If you would like to pay by cash please have the exact amount. No change will be available.
- Be sure to schedule the services you want when booking so that the appropriate amount of time is reserved. Absolutely no add-on services will be accommodated if there is not sufficient time. This includes any type of color service.
- Masks are now optional
DURING YOUR SESSION I WILL ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING
- Capes will only be used on one client. They will then be placed in laundry and cleaned/sanitized before using on anyone else.
- Tools, stations, chairs, dryers and product containers will be disinfected after each client.
COLOR SERVICES
NO COLOR SERVICES ON NEW CLIENTS
CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED
Double process color, Balayage, Foilyage, and Highlight appointments reserve a longer block of time and therefore require a 50% deposit payable at time of booking. If deposit is not paid the appointment will be canceled. Deposited amount will go towards your service. The balance may be paid day of service. The cancellation/rescheduling policy for these services is 5 DAYS. If you cancel/reschedule 5 days or more prior to your scheduled service the deposited amount will be refunded. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel/reshcedule within the 5 day period of your scheduled appointment.
PRICING
Pricing of services will be based on length and thickness of the hair. For most clients the prices listed are accurate. Thicker, longer than average hair will be charged accordingly.
DO NOT PRE-PAY
I will let you know your total charge at the end of your service. The only payments required prior to your appointment are deposits when stated necessary in the service description.
TARDINESS
GRACE PERIOD IS 10 MINUTES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
(Does not apply to color services. Please see the above cancellation/rescheduling policy for color appointments)
A cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of your service will be charged if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of your appointment start time. (48 hours for new clients). A 100% fee will be charged for any no call/no show and you will be blocked from booking any future appointments.
